The types of individuals that we are looking for would meet the qualifications listed below:
STRESS ANALYSIS ENGINEER: Candidates with a B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a desire to solve stress, heat transfer and vibration problems using FEA. ANSYS proficiency is desired. After training, our experienced analysts have direct contact with clients to discuss engineering issues and deliver results. Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply for this position. Good communication and problem resolution skills are required as well as a willingness to satisfy client contract requirements. Candidates should be comfortable working as a team member in our company where client deadlines are extremely important. Regional candidates are encouraged to apply.
DESIGN ENGINEER: Candidates with a BS in Mechanical Engineering who have a minimum of 3 years engineering experience primarily in 3D Design. A self motivated individual with good communication skills. Solid Works or Catia proficiency is preferred. Candidates must be comfortable working as a team member in our small company where client deadlines are extremely important. Employees are expected to resolve cutting edge technical problems and present their work to ASR clients. Some day trips to clients may be involved.
